The veg tan bellies come in a range of weights/thicknesses, have a firm temper and are relatively clean and consistent. They are perfect for small projects or an economical leather to practice with.
Average full hides are ~6 SQFT. Half hides are 3 SQFT.
Will take oils, and dyes very well and ideal for tooling and wet moulding.
Ideal for accessories, sheaths, dying, tooling and moulding.
