What are your standard shipping costs?

Shipping rates are based off the general weight and size of all items ordered with a maximum shipping charge of $30 CAD. We cover any shipping over $30 CAD.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer standard shipping to Canada and the United States. If you live elsewhere please contact us for a quote.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. Canada Post typically delivers in 3-5 days. USPS is typically 3-7 days.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you do not. We offer the same rate to all our customers unless you are doing a large volume order (see wholesale pricing below)

Can I shop in store?

If you are in Vancouver, BC area we encourage you to come and visit! We are open to the public Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 11am - 5pm. We offer a much larger stock in store than is listed on our website and are often receiving new and exciting stock.

I have questions about your products, how do I contact you?

If you have ANY questions you can always use our contact form or call us for clarification. We want you to be fully informed before ordering and are here to help you select the products you are looking for.

How are my leathers being chosen prior to shipping?

After you place your order one of our staff hand selects your leathers. We unroll each hide to ensure consistency and quality every time. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your leather please contact us ASAP.

Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC.

How do I place an order?

To place an order add your desired items to the cart and follow through the payment and shipping process. You will receive an order confirmation once the order has been processed. We cannot process orders over the phone (but feel free to call us to discuss your order).

What do I do if I don't see what I'm looking for?

If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us for more information.

What is the warranty? Do you offer a guarantee?

Any faulty products due to manufacturing defects will be replaced. Here at Lonsdale Leather we stand behind all our products. If for any reason you are unhappy we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you have any doubts about choosing the correct product for your needs feel free to contact us and we can be sure you are choosing the correct item.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We stand behind all of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue. For exchanges of online purchases the customer is responsible for the shipping.

What methods of payments do you accept?

When will an item be back in stock?

Out of stock items are generally re-stocked within 1 - 4 weeks. Email us for details if you have a specific item you are looking for and we are happy to give you an exact ETA.

Workshops - When/What/How

We offer workshops most Friday evenings starting at 7pm. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours and take place at 76 West 6th Avenue. ALl tools and materials are included in the price. Do you offer wholesale?

Yes - here are the details.

Leather

  • 5 of the same hide = 5% off retail price
  • 10 of the same hide = 10% off retail price
  • 20 of the same hide = 15% off retail price
  • 10 hides total = 5% off the retail price
  • 20 hides total = 10% off the retail price
